2045 female, rape victims, Sue, New York, jails

Do these officers raped every single female that gets locked up? It would sure seem like it. 2045 lawsuits is a big amount of rape cases. Something needs to happen to all of these former correctional officers, and probably most of them still work for the department of corrections.
