Advocates help and changing the color scheme

Jails that designate, red or orange jumpsuits to inmates. Don't understand what they are doing mentally to these people. These people are already under enough stress, and now you are using color schemes to purposely psychologically stress them out further. Thank God for advocates that are fighting against these colors.
