Alabama DOC guards kill an inmate

I don't know how to put it but Alabama is one of the most dangerous places to be in prison due to its horrendous staff. If the DOJ findings in their reports come out this negative against a DOC prison system. Why are they even open? These men deserve release just based on the trauma and inhumane conduct of these guards.
