As a American Prisons crumble

Congress this year is set to release far less spending for the maintenance and upkeep of the decrepit and broken down federal Bureau of prisons. Why spend money on America when we can give it to Ukraine? It honestly doesn't matter though because almost all of the money allocated to the BOP is stolen by BOP staff.
