BOP celebrates 20 years of PREAA

PREA or the prison, rape elimination act was created to stop the sexual violence in the prison system. Now I find it hilarious that they are celebrating and trying to make a show out of this because this is one of the most disregarded and disrespected piece of legislation that has ever been enacted. There is more prison sex abuse in the US system, then probably almost anywhere else in the world. They should be ashamed of themselves to even call them and institution of USA government, whom people respect and revere. The BOP is one of the most criminal Cartel organizations in the entire world.
