BOP correction officer, rapes inmate

This filthy predator was raping Inmates multiple times in a Federal medical center as if being around people dying all day wasn't enough he still had to satisfy his predator desires and urgings. I sure hope the federal judge makes him register as a sex offender but probably not because they always let them off.
