BOP Inmate indicted for possession of a knife or weapon

The sad part about this is 99% of the time. This is a guard, getting even with an inmate by planting this knife in his property and then accusing it of being his. There is no real way to fight this charge at all. The only thing you can do is plead, guilty and hope for leniency, and only 3 to 5 more years.
