California prisons are seeking to change to model after award winning Scandinavian prisons

The governor has been touring prison systems that work. He has really done an amazing job in studying how he can reform California prisons, and I give him all the credit in the world for this. He beats every other world leader at even attempting this to this point. I would definitely give him my vote for attempts.
