Coleman, federal prison, guards, raped, female, inmates, repeatedly, and were not prosecuted

These guards actually admitted, in sworn testimony, all of the rape, and abuse that they did. They also quit their jobs quickly as soon as the information came out so that their full retirement benefits are in place. Nothing happened to them at all, except retirement. There is something so wrong with this picture.
