Contraband, prison, phones, and Corrupt officers are a recipe for disaster

People really don't understand the risk that these cell phones put normal society in every single day. It has to stop. Inmates need ways to be able to talk to their family as well as be able to use the Internet in a supervised, safe manner but the way it is being done currently with Corrupt officers making hundreds of dollars off of these contraband cell phones. It Has to stop.
