Crooked Alabama gets USA’s most expensive prison

1.08 billion dollar prison that houses 4000 inmates. This is ridiculous. Alabama is a state that I never even want to drive through knowing how ruthless they are to the Inmate population. Alabama shouldn't even have access to be able to have prisons and their entire department of corrections needs to be in prison right now.
