Elkhart Indiana cop gets prison time

This police officer took place in the savage beating of a kidnapped and handcuffed inmate. He only got one year in prison for this, and we feel you should've got much more. Or at least take the handcuffs off of the man so that he can fight back. This police officer was a real coward.
