They only released a few people under the cares act. Thousands and thousands applied for relief, and very few actually got released. This was a genocide and a mass murder by the BOP to those in there custody. The reason for the deaths was not just the pandemic, but it was their complete failure. To the health and well-being of the inmates. Every correctional officer should be charged for these deaths. Every single one of them deserves thousands of attempted murder charges and criminal negligence.
