Federal prison guard caught smuggling

This guard will probably get let off the hook just like all of the other ones with a very very light sentence. Shamefully the federal criminal guidelines. Only call for 12 to 18 months incarceration which is absolutely ridiculous. There is a double standard plainly seen here. These inmates go to prison for up to 20 years for only a small amount of these controlled substances and the guards are completely let off the hook. This is shameful of the federal court system.
