Finally an outcry to change the prison, litigation reform act coming from federal judge to Congress

It's pretty sad when the outcry has to come from a federal judge, realizing the travesty that the US, Congress and senate set into place when they set up prison litigation reform act of 1992 to keep Prisons from being held accountable. This is very very good news for incarcerated people.
