First step act, starting to actually work

The BOP and the BOP union have fought the first step act tooth and nail for the last two years trying not to release anybody. They cheated inmates out of thousands of years early release to this day, including myself you should've been released one year prior, but they are finally getting the act together and it is benefiting many inmates.
