Dave Fisher it's just a former inmate that has a dream for prison reform. He has been lobbying very effectively to Idaho legislators. All it takes is one man sometimes to get the battle lines drawn. We highly congratulate, Mr. Fisher, and I'm very glad you got national publicity as well.
