Fulton county jail settles inmate death by bugs for 4 million

Inmate, death by bugs is one of the most horrendous cases of injustice and cruelty, as this inmate was literally eaten in his bed alive by bugs. I don't think $4 million is satisfactory for his murder. I think the sheriff for Fulton county should receive no less than life in prison.
