Gavin Newsom will once again become a great hero in prison reform

The bill is on his desk to sign that will illuminate the price gouging of the state prison system. Typically the prison systems mark up even basic sanitary supplies 2 hundred percent and hire for the Inmates. This bill will mandate that the highest markup will only be 35%. Why are they so desperate to steal from People that are already facing great problems and family difficulties? The people that run the prisons in the world are some of the worst human beings on the face of the planet. They don't deserve to breathe our air.
