Guard rapes inmate and only gets 15 months

Guard from Coleman in Federal Correctional has illicit sexual relations with an inmate that are not consensual and only gets 15 months in prison. It is doubtful that they were even have to register as a sex offender. Absolutely shameful of the federal court system.
