Hundreds if not, thousands of formally incarcerated women suing California prisons for rape

A new law just went into affect in California, allowing previously raped or sexually assaulted women an extra 10 years to sue the officers that raped them. Now maybe people will understand how many inmates suffer sexual assault in Prison by Prison staff. I personally hope they bankrupt the state of California.
