Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker Defends his terrible state prison

The Coleman act was supposed to push hundreds of people on their deathbed's out of the Illinois prison system but instead they only released 52 people. What a barbaric governor that is so intent on having as many die under his watch as possible. Why do we elect these monsters? Human rights groups are furious for good reason.
