Illinois governor, a national hero and champion of prison reform

Today he signed bill 423 that deals with many reform issues in Illinois department of justice. We congratulate him for his compassion and his efforts to fix a broken system. If it wasn't for a few like this, surely God would've already judged our country much worse.
