Indianapolis police officer gets one year in prison for kicking handcuffed man in the face

This is disgusting. I hope that wherever he goes, they check his paperwork and find out what he did to get there. Police like to sneak in and join the gangs and act just like the other inmates but hopefully this prison does their job and checks paperwork. It sure wouldn't be hard to write some letters to some inmates in whatever prison he goes to. I'm definitely not encouraging that.
