Kansas DOC completely corrupted

Officers lie about Inmates all the time and write them up for fraudulent write ups. In Kansas a fraudulent write up just cost this inmate, his parole date not being set free. This is way too much power for a simple crooked prison guard to be able to keep men in prison for extended years. Parole boards need to understand that guards are crooked.
