King county, Washington given $6 million grant to help find work for people getting out of prison

Why don't you just stop employers from asking about criminal backgrounds on job reports and allow felons to still hold good jobs and you won't have to spend $6 million for this. I guarantee you 99% of this money is going to get wasted away and very little help will be given actual offenders looking for work. They will pay two or $300,000 for somebody to do a study and buy a bunch of computers and very little of this will go to the real cause.
