Mentally handicapped Inmates

This article speaks of inmates, suffering from dementia and other mental anguish. It is very sad how the law is, never compassionate. I met many mentally handicapped, totally retarded people in federal prison. They would be abused Sexually, and physically. The sex offenders would prey on them. With absolutely zero support from the prison correctional officers.
