Nebraska correctional officer, sexually abuses inmate

Sexual relations between officers and Inmates are never consensual and are completely illegal. Officers abuse their power and manipulate the inmates. This is essentially rape and this one needs to have to register like a sex offender and go to prison just like all of the other rapist and sex offenders do.
