New DOC Director in Oklahoma

Stephen Harpe is the new Director for Oklahoma DOC. He is already speaking in a positive way about prison reform in that state. Oklahoma has always had a very corrupt and inhumane department of corrections. We welcome him with open arms if he does what he promises.
