New Jersey department of corrections just can't get it through the thick skulls that a new law against solitary confinement has been put in place in that state. So they redesigned, solitary confinement and other restrictive creative manners to be able to accomplish the same thing. These are sick people, and they don't deserve to be a part of human society. They literally get off on causing other people psychological pain and suffering. Someday hopefully we can prosecute them just like we prosecuted the Nazis.
