Old people in prison

Studies show that the amount of 55 or older inmates in America has grown exponentially. These inmates cost Americans far more in tax dollars with all of their needed medical expenses. I remember seeing people up to 90 years of age walking around in Federal compounds. It's as if they kidnapped all of the elderly nursing home victims.
