This is the perfect example of why cell phones are so dangerous in federal prison and abroad. The inmate still conducts his business as if he was free on the street. In yazoo Federal Correctional low there were literally thousands of cell phones. Cartels still moved the drugs by orders from the incarcerated boss. One inmate owned a complete marijuana distribution center and still handle it all from Prison. All of the daily work as if he was still free.
