Senator manchin is calling for pay raises for Hazleton Federal, Prison

Why would you give a bunch of drug dealers pay raises? They abuse our families and they are notorious for Smuggling and Corruption. These guards don't deserve anything except a prison sentence are used to like this senator, but he's showing poor judgment in asking for this.
