Sex offender in Pekin prison murdered

Fbi has acknowledged that this sex offender was in a fight with another individual and he has now died. Honestly, they are safer in prison then they are on the street. And while I hate to see anybody die, it is much more humane, then forcing him to live out his life in constant fear.
