South Carolina, Attorney General finally finds out about the cell phones and the crimes

He's finally figuring out about the easy access to child pornography, as well as all of the other financial crimes that are happening on these prison cell phones. Anyone that uses a cell phone in prison is taking a major risk. If they are caught with that phone and someone else was doing other malicious activity with it it could all be blamed on them.
