South Carolina orders chemicals to get back to giving the death penalty again

South Carolina is going back to death penalty and just bought all the chemicals they need to poison those on death row. While some states like California and Illinois are making great progress with prison reform. It seems that South Carolina is stepping into more tyranny and abuse daily.
