Texas state representative Weber fighting hard to get pay raises for drug dealers

Weber believes that prison guards deserve to make more money than they already are making smuggling, drugs, prostituting, and selling phones and kiddie porn. He obviously doesn't realize very much about the criminal element of the Correctional organization. Why do we elect idiots like this?
