This warden set out on a mission to reform a prison and the guards were literally taking out murder for hires on his life, and he faced numerous death threats. The guards and staff that are corrupt in the prison department do not want prison reform. Anyone that goes in there with the correct motive will immediately be run out by the corrupt staff. They will plant drugs on the staff member or do anything they have to do to get them out of there. They are running a very very lucrative drug trap house and they want to keep it that way.
