The nightmare and shortage of BOP halfway houses

inmatelivesmatter

I just spoke with the Director of the West Palm Beach, Salvation Army, Halfway House. They refused to renew their contract with the BOP because the BOP was consistently late 6 to 9 months making payments for housing in The Inmates. She told me quite frankly that if they didn't have the backing of the Salvation Army corporation they would have never been able to even make payroll. The fault is in the bureau of prisons. They are the reason why no halfway houses want to do business with them. We need to revamp and fire every single employee in the Federal Bureau of prisons.
