USA spends billions on New Prisons

The entire prison system in the federal and state systems of the USA are crumbling away. The buildings are archaic and many of them date back to days of slavery. Some of the prisons even were built in the time for only black inmates. So now the USA is spending billions of dollars to build fresh new Prisons that they admit will not do anything to stop the lawlessness. An entire new approach to crime needs to happen, and an end to mass incarceration and the fake drug war.
